Worked great on my first try

I used this app today for the first time as I had to go into Boston. I had no issues what so ever. Everything went smooth with the app. In fact, even the gentleman collecting the cash helped me open up the tickets on my phone. Highly recommend! Its nice not having to deal with carrying cash. Made my life a whole lot easier. Not sure what the negative reviews are all about. Just follow the instructions and you should be all set.
