Cant connect to the internet, access the app

Same issues others are having. Since update, it says I have an iPhone 7 but I have a 6. Says I cant access internet with full wifi or full bars. Cant get a new password. Totally useless.

What are Wasabi the app developers doing about it? How have others solved this?
