Where did my tickets go?

I use this app every day, so Im confident I know how to use the app. I got on my 9:20pm train to discover my ticket wallet was empty. I purchased a one-way ticket thinking I may have accidentally not purchased a two-way ticket this morning. Refreshed, still no tickets. Restarted the phone, still no tickets. I received email confirmation that I have purchased three tickets today, so Im happy to know the app still transmits my payments out! Now, I have a rather stern conductor looking over me asking me to pay (this time in cash with a service fee) once again for my trip home. Time to do this all again tomorrow...

Horrible App!

Bought tickets, and while riding commuter rail they disappeared from a ticket wallet. I purchased more, thinking that maybe I am out of tickets. But new tickets didnt appear in the app, I had no cash on me. So I was in a very awkward situation on a morning train!

Doesnt work now lol

Sitting on the train and the app keeps saying no internet connection when I do have connection. New update doesnt work anywhere it seems. Guess Ill be paying with cash!

Terrible update still

The latest update still doesnt work and is completely useless.

Doesnt work on iPhone 7 plus

Keeps giving me a "Unable to connect" error after switching to my iPhone 7, my internet connection is fine. Terrible.

Wish I can give zero stars.

Kept saying no internet connection. Used wifi, used data, nothing. The guy was angry and I kept trying to explain to him it wasnt going to work so I had to get a free ride. I never have cash on me. This is just terrible.

Broken app

Current version of app does not work with some phones and updates. Make sure you have cash or purchase tickets ahead of time. Conductors will have no sympathy. Just another failed branch of the MBTA.

Terrible....absolutely useless

After updating to the latest version, I am unable to connect to internet. Tried deleting app and reinstalling to no avail. Called customer service, they told me to send email. Have sent 4 emails and heard nothing. At least the lady selling tickets at south station is nice! I would give the app 0 stars if possible!

Broken Update - Do NOT Upgrade

mTicket has been one of my favorite apps for years, but I dont know what the hell happened with the latest update. The app simply refuses to connect to the Internet on my iPhone 7, no matter what type of connection is active. Other apps can access the network without any problems when mTicket is throwing errors. The app is completely useless at this point. You will be unable to buy new tickets, or access existing ones that were previously loaded on your device. It doesnt deserve one star at this point, but theres no option for zero. Unrelated to the serious network connectivity problem: 1. Zone numbers have been removed from the station entries. Unless the MBTA is planning to do away with zones, please bring them back! 2. Schedules have been removed from the mTicket app. When you attempt to access them from the app, it simply opens up a browser and connects to the MBTA mobile site. This is poor design from a usability standpoint.

I already had unused tickets. Update lost them all. Lost my account too. Wont let me in. Led me to purchase two more 10 rides trying to get to a ticket, any ticket, while on the train. Still cant get to any of my tickets. Cannot reset my account. The password reset email never arrives. Version apparently automatically updated to iPhone 7. I dont have an iPhone 7. I have an iPhone 6s. Now I get to get surprise harassed by conductors at the end of my workday as if the MBTAs lousy software update is in any way my fault and I am some kind of deadbeat. Yay! This has happened to me in the past too with other updates. I cannot afford to buy multiple tickets at once that I dont even need - and then cant even access! Very poor service MBTA, but hey guys - what else is new?

Old version was better

Dont like how the schedule isnt on the app. I also cant figure out how to buy student tickets on the app. The app crashes a lot.

What happened?

First they did an update which wiped out account info in October, requiring you to delete and add the app back in order to access purchased tickets. Now I switched phones and the app will not allow me to log in on my new phone. Keolis customer service is zero help- the only thing they can do is refund tickets. After years of using the app I will have to go back to using paper tickets. Ridiculous!

Customer service fixed my ticket issue in an hour

Like many reviewers I "lost" my tickets when the software updated. Shot a note to customer service (look for the "help" link in the app) and they fixed it in an hour or so. Super responsive and easy. App works great otherwise... still way better than paper tickets

Makes no sense. Nothing is even remotely correct

Apple watch app

I think its time you need to release app for Apple watch. Not necessarily a full fledged one, once user activate the ticket on iPhone and keep the phone in the pocket. User should be able open app on Apple watch and show it to the conductor. To ensure conductor can see it may be show the zone and time in big flashing pattern. Just a thought

Unable to reach server

Used this app for years, commute almost daily from providence to Boston, since I have the iPhone7 I havent been able to purchase a ticket through the app, it just keeps saying unable to reach server. This app needs to get fix! ASAP

Cant connect to the internet, access the app

Same issues others are having. Since update, it says I have an iPhone 7 but I have a 6. Says I cant access internet with full wifi or full bars. Cant get a new password. Totally useless. What are Wasabi the app developers doing about it? How have others solved this?
